Coffee Machine Engineer

We are looking for a Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team at Roundstone. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading commercial coffee equipment, supporting local cafés, restaurants, hotels, and businesses to deliver exceptional coffee every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installation & Maintenance

Install new commercial coffee machines, grinders, and water filtration systems.
Carry out preventative maintenance, descaling, cleaning, and calibration.
Ensure all equipment operates at peak performance and meets quality standards.

Repairs & Diagnostics

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.
Respond to on-site service calls across the South West and surrounding areas.
Test and recalibrate equipment to manufacturer specifications.

Customer Support & Training

Provide professional, friendly support to customers.
Train customers on correct equipment use and daily care.
Build strong working relationships with local businesses.

Administration

Complete service reports accurately.
Manage spare parts stock and maintain tools and service vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical role.
Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (coffee equipment experience desirable but not essential).
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean driving licence.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physically capable of lifting and manoeuvring heavy equipment.
