Operations / Office Administrator

At Roundstone, we are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-focused team player who can confidently manage orders, respond to customer and internal enquiries, and help ensure our administrative processes run efficiently.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will liaise with multiple departments, take initiative to resolve issues, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of orders and administrative processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping everything organised and on track.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting practical solutions.

  • Proactively following up on outstanding actions to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Supporting colleagues and taking on additional responsibilities as the role develops.

 

About You

  • You’ll ideally have previous experience in administration, order processing or customer support.

  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.

  • A reliable and collaborative team player who is open to continuous improvement.

  • Experience in Sage Accounting/Credit Control and Spreadsheets would be preferred.
