Operations / Office Administrator

At Roundstone, we are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-focused team player who can confidently manage orders, respond to customer and internal enquiries, and help ensure our administrative processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Taking ownership of orders and administrative processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

Acting as a key point of contact for queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping everything organised and on track.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting practical solutions.

Proactively following up on outstanding actions to ensure nothing is missed.

Supporting colleagues and taking on additional responsibilities as the role develops.
About You

You’ll ideally have previous experience in administration, order processing or customer support.

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.

A reliable and collaborative team player who is open to continuous improvement.

Experience in Sage Accounting/Credit Control and Spreadsheets would be preferred.
