Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products or services.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.

  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential.

  • Demonstrate technical acumen and have an interest in latest coffee technology and innovations.
